Once she knows precisely what a client's requirements
are, she scouts the market for property candidates that
meet their needs. She utilizes state of the art computer
technology capable of notifying her hourly of fresh inventory
while at the same time she scans the newspapers and networks
with other agents that the time a client invests together
with her is well spent. Susan prepares and negotiates
offers and helps clients step by step through the Home
Buying process right to closing.

Having the ability to choose any place in the world to live, Tim moved to Victoria 6 years ago from his hometown of Xi'an, China. After taking business courses at the University of Victoria, Tim brings with him a vast network of contacts in the Chinese community.
